Aimee Felices

Aimee Felices focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. She represents clients across a broad range of transactional matters, including corporate transactions and restructurings, corporate governance, and entity formation. Her graduate training in business gives her a practical feel for the commercial side of a deal. Aimee is admitted in Texas.
