Ethan Zucker

Ethan Zucker focuses his practice on commercial contracts and corporate transactions. Before joining Pact, he served as an attorney in the Commercial Unit at the New York City Department of Education, where he reviewed, drafted, and negotiated SaaS, vendor, technology, intellectual property, and data privacy agreements. Earlier, he gained in-house experience with MLB Network, the National Hockey League, and UBS Arena. He brings a practical, business-minded approach to contracts and risk. Ethan is admitted in New York and earned his J.D. from New York Law School. He is also a contributor to College Sports Law in a Nutshell (West Academic Publishing), 1st and 2nd editions.
