Katie Centolella

Katie Centolella founded Pact to give business owners a different kind of law firm: a dedicated attorney, transparent pricing, and no jargon. She has practiced for more than two decades and has led Pact for about ten years, serving as fractional general counsel and transactional counsel to growing companies. Her work spans mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, employment, healthcare regulatory matters, and alternative finance. Clients rely on her to stay with them from formation and financing through growth, acquisition, and exit. Her LL.M. in taxation from New York University means the tax side of a deal is part of the advice from the start. She writes The Legal 80/20, Pact's newsletter for business owners. Katie is admitted in New York and earned her J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law. She lives in the Syracuse area.
