Nicholas Zona

Nicholas Zona focuses on corporate transactions and the contracts around them. He represents buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions and advises startups and established companies on commercial agreements, equity compensation, entity structuring, and trademarks. He works alongside Katie on the firm's middle-market deals, from diligence through closing. Nicholas is admitted in New York and earned his J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where he was an editor of the Buffalo Law Review.
